I have been riding this bike for two weeks now and I absolutely love it. It certainly has alot of low down torque for a 400cc. Those issues of the speedo are minimal. I think mine has a rev limiter at 8000rpm because it's still new.

I'll miss Mat. He brought so much life to bike reviews. Rest in peace.

I don't know how much a Rand is worth but I honestly feel like buying one as a tribute to Matt's legacy. Much missed Mate.

I watched this show a lot and I was shy to hear the bad news. He cracked me up, made me laugh and was a great journalist.

I am so sorry to read this. I watched his videos even when I didn’t care about the bike he was talking about. There was brilliance in his work. My sympathies to all of his friends and family. We have definitely lost one of the best motorcycle journalists in the world.

Had mine delivered in April & finally had its first service. I quite like the power delivery though it could do with a higher gearing as gearing is a bit low given how well the torque is delivered. Lots of windblast above 60mph hopefully the small screen when available will help and it's giving 76mpg according to the dash read out and improving.

Only just come across this news and totally gutted! He was like a Clarkson of the motorbike world whilst being more factual and informative. I loved watching his videos they were brilliant, a massive loss to the motorcycle journalist world.

Decluttering IS a word, or it is now anyway! When I'm riding a bike that's ALL I'm doing, when I'm scuba diving that's ALL I'm doing! That's the beauty of demanding, exhilarating and somewhat hazardous pursuits! We just have to keep the socialist manipulative politicians at bay who try to control everything we do in the name of "Public Safety" and for "Your Own Good"!

Interesting video. For this type of riding, it may just work. I wouldn't have any EV vehicles for long-term road use... (given the choice) Interesting you touched on the sound of the vehicle, which is also a main point for me..

Mat was a skilled reviewer, presenter, communicator, and informer. He knew how to find any bike's quirks, flaws, strengths, and purpose. He is irreplaceable.

The ironing board seat is dire, but then so is the price. I can't see any rational person buying one.
